This work does not meet the requirements of an appraisal and is appropriate for getting an indicator of value for the industry or sector, not the client company.

M&A Advisory: While Houlihan Valuation Advisors does not broker companies, nor raise capital, we do work with companies to negotiate valuations and other strategic considerations with an identified party.

Custom Analyses: When a client is in need of market information that would not constitute a formal appraisal, Houlihan Valuation Advisors provides custom analyses to meet these needs on a consulting or advisory basis.
